These are the games we played in January 2026! We visited family, and played some games with them that we don't own ourselves. We had a fun month and hope to play tons more in February!

Doomlings is the game we played the most in January! We played it at least 5 times, and every time was a new experience and a blast!

This game was a fun one in January. We played a few times and had a blast each time. This is a game that’s easy to get out and play a quick round while our baby is napping.

We probably played 10 rounds of Sabobatage in January. We taught some of our family members how to play, and they loved this game as well! We all love the theme of this game, which is Boba tea!

This game was a little tricky for us to learn. We had never played the game Biblios, which is supposed to be really similar, so some of the mechanics were a bit different for us. Once we got it down, it was a lot of fun!

We play this game when we see family and friends! It’s a super fun party game that get’s your brain going when trying to come up with your words.

This is a fun game that Makayla grew up playing. We like to play Pastiche when we have a bit more time on the weekends, because it’s a bit time-intensive.

We just got this game, but we’ve already played 3 times! We love the simplicity of the game, and like that we can spend some extra time reading about the different USA attractions in the game!

We don’t own this version of Munchkin, so we play it when we visit Miles’s brother. Since we just had our first baby, it makes this game even more appealing! There’s even a card that gives the monster extra health if a real baby is in the room!

We got this game for Miles’s brother as a Christmas gift one year, and we play it when we see him. It’s a fun game to grab and play a quick round.

We got this game to test our geek knowledge. It’s surprising to see what each of us know and don’t know. We are pretty big geeks, so we like to battle it out to see who knows more.

We have played this game the least out of all the games we played in January. We think it’s funny, but not a game we’ll play often.

We’re big Magic: The Gathering fans and play Commander often. We buy a lot of the preconstructed Commander decks from our local game shop, and battle it out with them. We are very into the Lord of The Rings decks right now.
